Stickie: What is a Challenge?

This is going to evolve and I have moved one post into this area which I think is an example. (Your 3 best images of 2010? started by Kev)

Challenges to show us all a certain type of shot (e.g. a bird in flight) and then proceeding to discuss the techniques involved are envisaged. It is also envisaged that those who are good at introducing or discussing points that come up should be encouraged to lead. As the site grows larger, then we will inevitably have a team of admins and types of voting may become a possibility; we would then be able to structure things some more.

Shortly, I will move the Competition Area so that it is placed as a sub-forum. Again, we will be able to make decisions on what happens to it, later.
