Sunset? If only!

Just over a week ago we were having some really great sunsets, first chance I had to get out, hoping to get a nice silhouette of a windmill against the skyline, and we didn't get a decent sunset. Sadly as yet there hasn't been a nice orangey sky since. Below are a couple of edited pictures I shot at dusk, but hopefully I will go back and get the photo I planned.
The first photo I have tried to create an 'aged' look, the second one manually convert to black and white in PS.

The eight bladed wind mill!! That is such a heavy-duty installation, too.

This Saturday is possibly going to be candidate day to revisit, to get what you want.
