RE: no time
Whats up Martin? Hope you are feeling better.

Nothing new going on here. Still don't have any idea how to work the camera and take good shots Smile

Shocked RE: no time
This winter I have not had such a bad time, as I have had in other winters... quite a good time, in fact.

My diabetes is under much better control; and I have lost over 4 stones in weight in one year ((4 x 14) / 2.2) = 24 kgs, approx.

In earlier years I have had bad times with infections and illness and depression, which inevitably kicks in too.

So fortunately for me, I am in fairly good shape at the moment. Some tests pending.... an Asian friend of mine (and in his community, vitamin D deficiency is more common) told me about nuts (almonds, pistachios, and so forth). So I have been topping up with these.

But, Martin, take good care of yourself, because it all does get a bit of a struggle when you are unwell.

Geoff
